Qualification
- Graduate, Post Graduate, or Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or as a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
Business/Customer:
- Engage minimally with customers under guidance.
- Understand domain processes, functions, and terminologies such as SOPs and QC checklists.
- For Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Complaints Management: Perform data entry from source documents into Clinical/Safety databases, ensuring turnaround times and accuracy.
- Handle critical and sensitive transactions.
Coding:
- Perform coding tasks for assigned projects within set timelines and efficiency standards.
- Import uncoded terms into the database and export coded medical terms from the coding platform.
- Manage queries and create and prioritize “New Term Requests”.
- Perform dictionary updating activities as needed.
