Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 0-1 year of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Capable of managing order fulfillment and handling cash payments, including collection and application.
- Skilled in identifying and rectifying duplicate records in vendor invoice receipts, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing.
- Proficient in matching invoices, identifying errors, resolving exceptions, prioritizing invoices, and reducing invoice aging.
- Experience working within SOX compliance guidelines, ensuring all documents are posted only after due approval.
- Expertise in handling both manual and automatic payment requests, including verification and payment run proposals.
- Strong understanding of processing Travel and Expense (T/E) claims, resolving duplicate payments, recovery, and vendor statement reconciliations.
- Ability to manage queries through phone calls and email follow-ups.
- Familiarity with basic accounting practices and principles.
- Competent in identifying and correcting duplicate or erroneous records and taking necessary actions.
- Skilled in managing expenses effectively.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with accounting terminology.
- Experience in handling queries through phone calls and emails is highly valued.
- Ability to comprehend and process data, manage order fulfillment, and handle cash collection and application.
- Adaptability to changes and transformation within the business unit.
- Enthusiastic about working in collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to foster creative thinking and innovation in line with the latest marketing trends.
